هُنَالِكَ ٱلْوَلَـٰيَةُ لِلَّهِ ٱلْحَقِّ ۚ هُوَ خَيْرٌۭ ثَوَابًۭا وَخَيْرٌ عُقْبًۭا ٤٤

There the authority is [completely] for Allāh, the Truth. He is best in reward and best in outcome.

"They colonize your land
They bomb your home
They insult your religion
They murder your family
They displace your neighbors
They plunder your wealth
Then after they plant their fangs on your body and their claws in your chest they tell you:
'You have to live peacefully with us and condemn extremism and terrorism
Accept this reality and don't change it'
Then they enforce upon you the Shuyookh of their religion
And the media of their lies
And their school curriculums
All of them calling for your surrender, submission, and kneeling

This is their reality
And no one accepts it except a cuckold"

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:

"Indeed a servant will come on the Day of Judgement with good deeds to the extent of mountains, however he then finds that his TONGUE destroyed all of them."

‎Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله:

‎“A time when duās will be accepted is during the last hour of ‘Asr on Jumu’āh.”

Imam Malik was teaching his class in Masjid An-Nabawi and when he teached a ḥadith, he always mentioned the entire chain of narration.

And one day he saw a boy playing with a straw whilst he was teaching. He continued teaching until the end of the lesson before approaching the young boy.

He asked the boy: “How dare you mess about whilst being taught teachings from our Nabi?”

The boy told Imam Malik that he was not playing with the straw but instead, he was using his saliva to make notes as he did not have have money for pen and paper.

Imam Malik tested the boy and he was able to narrate every single ḥadīth with the chain of narration.

This boy, was Imam Shafi'i.

The Greatest Need to Cling to the Sunnah!

عَنْ أَبِي بَكْر الصَّدَّيقِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَال لَسْتُ تٓارِكًا شَيْأً كَانَ رَسُولُ الله صَلَّ اللهُ عَلَيْه واَلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَعْمَلُ بِهِ إِنَّي أخْشَى إِنْ تَرَكْتُ شَيْأً مِنْ أَمْرِهِ أنْ أزِيغَ

Abū Bakr as-Ṣiddīq رضي الله عنه said: "I do not leave anything the Prophet ﷺ used to do except that I do it too, indeed I fear if I leave anything from from his commandments I would become misguided."

A powerful message, as believers we shouldn’t only think of ourselves, we need to serve and aid the Ummah with what we can.

May Allah accept them both and forgive them for their sins and shortcomings.

Ibn Al-Qayyim رحمه الله said: "The state of the slave in the grave is like the state of the heart in the chest. So if you want to know the state of your grave; look at the state of your heart in your chest.
