Not doing good. Not in a good space at all. Last 3 months of work totally q waste. Because of lies and broken promises. I made agreements and promises based on what I was promised. So I am not able to do what was agreed and had no way to make it happen. I wish I had never got involved with any of the stuff from Chris or Cristina... would have at least not lost everything. Nothing like being thrown under the bus at 60 miles an hour. They went out of their way to sabatoge any aspect of this project.
People only want me around when they want what I can do or need something from me. Lie straight to my face then get mad when I call them out. No one wants me for me nor gives one fuck about me other than if I can't or won't do what they want. Working everyday since last fall believing help was just around the corner and in the end the only help that was sent was a trick to use as a reason to pull any other help and resources. All while demanding I help them and keep my side of the agreements. Leaving me 100% fucked and zero way to move cause I spent my time doing everything I could to keep my side of the agreements. When before we made these agreements I had a plan and now that plan is not doable because of the timing is gone. So everything I've been working 100 plus hrs a week for is a total failure. Past depressing. And all they do is tell me I don't have the facts right. Yet not even once have they heard my side or let me state my position. Only attack me over and over for not being able to meet my commitments qs far as the project.
Like I was promised up to 30 people qnd the funds for lumber / materials for main structure. Got one person who sabatoged even our now only water supply and left with zero notice. $300 worth of lumber towards the structure. You can't hardly buy the lumber for a dog house for that. Then when she demands I come to Carolina and do that project and I say I can't as I'm basically the only one doing this project she flips out and starts attacking me everyday. When I post looking for LOCAL work that I can do on the Rian days so that I have the funds to keep going she goes on those posts talking shit about how I refused the job I agreed to. I absolutely never agreed to do the project her and Jose are involved In now. That project did not exist when we made the agreements.
Was promised training and work In Atlanta and Alabama never happened.
Then when crystina was mad she starts shit for me with those that are here. Complete with making up stuff and claiming I am nothing but a liar cause I won't do what she wants and go to her project.
I paid for 150 t-shirts from her. Got 10. She has been telling me since June of last year she would make the memorial shirts for a man that was killed in front of me. Feb 12th was the 1yr anniversary and I had promised his mother a tshirt last summer when I ordered those 15 shirts against my balance of shirts I've paid for. Once again I got told how I was a liar and don't do what I promised. All because I trusted and counted on crystina and her word.

She agreed to qnd Chris told her to help me reorganize and restructure the organization to make it so I have less stress and issues from those who are involved. Like people involved with disaster recovery program being mad cause my time is being spent on this project for homeless families. What the plan was to divide the organization into smaller organizations with separate boards under the larger parent organization. That way those who are passionate about family farms are not involved in decisions about homeless or veterans... or disaster relief. I sent the info to her she had signed a nda as did not want all the intricacies of the org don't need to be public info. She violated that agreement talking shit qbout me and the org to Chris and those here. The only thing she did for this aspect was redo the flow chart I had done and use the info to sabatoge and make more drama and issues. Violating the nda is a major issue and caused alot of damage.
It's none of the people who are here's business what the other programs they are not involved with are doing or not doing. Especially when it makes all kinds of drama and strife. If someone donates to the disaster relief projects or program we can't redirect those funds to this program or project. It's not ethical or moral. And it works both ways. But by her actions she made it a major issue and q ton of drama because alot of people do not understand.

Whether she took the help or not that was promised here is a moot point. The help never materialized as promised and that is the facts. She continues to insist that it's my fault cause I'm not meeting the deadlines. When the reality is there were no issues till the help never materialized on the level it was promised. And the one help they sent bailed with zero warning. Afterwords we find the issues with blatant sabatoge as we try and trouble shoot the many leaks with the water line. Again a moot point
Pray we get some work or a sponsor. Will be out of fuel money for equipment monday
Spring has sprung...
It's almost April...

And we'll we have been beyond busy. Even with our main sponsor for our primary project "Dogwood Valley by Rock Bottom Farms:" having defacto flew the coop. We have continued the project. Be it considerably slower pace. But steady at it.

At Dogwood Valley we continue to work towards a facility for homeless families and those in crisis. Visit www.dogwoodvalley.rockbottomfarms.org . As always volunteers, and resources are always needed.

The seasonal disaster round has got an early start. Our Neighbors Helping Neighbors program has been boots on the ground and infrastructure to assist with these growing number of needs. Visit our www.neighborshelpingneighbors.gtkyf.org for more information.
There are still needs left over from the storms of 2020. Volunteers and resources are needed for both existing damaged homes and the coming storm season.

Our advocacy program is hard at it as well. The cooping up of humans for the pandemic served to show the societal cracks. Visit www.advocate.fyi . We are always in need of more volunteers for this endeavor. No experience necessary. We will train.

The obvious connection between technology and our world has been show in the world events of the last month. Making programs like our tech program even more vital. Visit www.gtkyf.tech for more information. Using technology to farther our mission and freedom.
This program is also in need of volunteers and additional funding.

As we go into April we are significantly short on funding ( $15,000) for our over all budget. (4500 is carried over shortage from march).
We desperately need additional volunteers. Groups that come for several days to a week are awesome. As well as one time or extended volunteer crew are always appreciated. We can also use volunteers that work from home / remote / digital. Please contact us to get involved.

Our Dogwood Valley project needs a skidloader desperately and 30 loads of gravel. If you can help please let us know. Either by donating the use of said equipment or covering the rental.

One of the many families we are helping needs materials to make their school bus a legal workable home. The estimated cost of the materials needed to complete is $3000. If you can help with this please contact us.

As we move into the last month of the year we have been busy busy making a difference in thousands of peoples lives. Here are some of the highlights:

* Dogwood Valley Project: Even though we have faced numerous setbacks and challenges this project to help homeless families and those in crisis is still moving along. We currently have four households living on site. Be it somewhat roughing it. With a goal to help 35 households when it is complete. Www.dogwoodvalley.rockbottomfarms.org

* Neighbors Helping Neighbors has been active in many states responding to disasters and providing ongoing community rebuilding efforts through its many relief projects. From rebuilding struggling Louisiana communities to helping struggling Alabama communities to responding to Kentucky floods to helping native americans on the reservations to hurricane IAN to efforts related to helping veterans. Our Neighbors Helping Neighbors program is truly a "boots on the ground'' grassroots approach. With extremely low overhead we are able to make a difference in big ways. https://gtkyf.org/neighbors-helping-neighbors/

*The Advocate: Our Advocacy program provides Advocates for issues from A to Z just about. Including veterans, homeless, family, farming, to local groups wanting to create nonprofits. We have advocates standing by 24/7 / 365. Life coaches, mentors, and listening ear services are all available. https://www.advocate.fyi/

*The STEP Group: This is our Skills Training and Employment Program helping provide jobs, skills, and training to those struggling in these areas. Though mainly construction projects, we are also growing our work from the home aspect as well. Allowing us to reach more in need. There is no program website active right now for this program.

*The Salt of the Earth program: this program provides micro grants to those struggling. Giving them hope and a way to know someone is in their corner. https://gtkyf.org/salt-of-the-earth-program/

These are just some of the ongoing efforts… but with all of the massive needs to keep this all going…
WE NEED YOUR HELP!

PS:
Of recent note the main vehicle i drive everyday in these efforts is at the point where it needs replaced. In just October 2022 I covered aprox 9000 miles helping people. And should finish up November close to 6500. The vehicle that fits our needs is between $16,000 and $20,000. Consider helping keep wheels under me as i strive to live out my calling and purpose of helping others. Thank you
