This week the European Union signed €1.4 billion new guarantee agreements to support Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction, and attract private sector investments.

We also announced the deployment of over 1,000 additional power generators from the EU's strategic reserves to help mitigate the energy shortages experienced by Ukraine.
