Former German Chancellor Angela Merkel defended years of uninterrupted political dialogue between Berlin and Moscow under her administration and spoke on the Ukrainian conflict as she made her first public appearance since leaving the office.
Merkel defended her policy with Moscow, announcing that she would not apologise for her approach to diplomacy, stating "If diplomacy does not succeed, it has not necessarily been wrong."
"I think if in 2014, or then in early 2015 we did not sign the Minsk II agreement, nothing would have changed, Putin could have done huge damage in Ukraine," Merkel explained in the interview.

After that, put a mercury-amalgamated zinc sheet on top of the sawdust to avoid polarization. The contact will produce an energy known by the twin name of Mitra-Varuna. Water will be split by this current into Pranavayu and Udanavayu. A chain of one hundred jars is said to give a very effective force.
When a cell was prepared according to Agastya Samhita and measured, it gives open circuit voltage as 1.138 volts, and short circuit current as 23 mA.
