India successfully completes user trials of the indigenous Extended Range Anti-Submarine Rocket (ERASR) from INS Kavaratti.

ERASR is a totally indigenous anti-submarine rocket used to combat submarine.

DRDO’s ARDE, Pune, in association with High Energy Materials Research Laboratory and Naval Science & Technological Laboratory, has designed & developed ERASR for indigenous rocket launcher (IRL) of Indian Naval Ships.

It has twin-rocket motor configuration to meet a wide spectrum of range requirements with high accuracy and consistency. The ERASR uses an indigenously developed Electronic Time Fuze.

MoD Signs a contract with Bengaluru-based Kepler Aerospace to develop the world's first ISR swarming satellite constellation

Kepler Aerospace will develop a “6-satellite Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) swarm constellation” for the Defence Space Agency, HQ IDS.

The satellites will operate as a self-coordinating swarm, tracking emerging threats, collecting high-fidelity multi-domain data, and adapting autonomously without relying on ground control or pre-defined commands.

The project aims to provide persistent, autonomous intelligence for the modern battlefield and beyond, transforming how India approaches space defence.

The constellation is scheduled for launch in 2027.
