Lashkar-E-Tayyaba's & Jamaat leader Razullah Nizamani alias  Abu Saifullah, a resident of Malan, was shot dead by unknown assailants (Unknown Gunmen) near Matli Phalkara Chowk, Sindh, Pakistan

Abu Saifullah Nizam name was given the title of Ghazi Abu Saifullah by Lashkar upon his return from Kashmir Jihad.

Abu Saifullah had strict instructions from the organization to restrict his movement and was also given security, but today, as soon as he left his house in Matli city, unknown gunmen men targeted and killed him on the spot near chowk
