✅ This video was posted on Instagram on April 27 and is NOT related to the Indian Army!

✅ The video depicts students from a private defense coaching institute celebrating their selection into the Indian Army. The youth in the video reportedly became emotional with joy upon receiving news of their successful recruitment.

Indian Defence Sources - Latest Update

Drones have been sighted at 26 locations ranging from the Baramulla in the North to Bhuj in the South, along both the International Border and the Line of Control with Pakistan. These include suspected armed drones posing potential threats to civilian and military targets.

The locations include Baramulla, Srinagar, Avantipora, Nagrota, Jammu, Ferozpur, Pathankot, Fazilka, Lalgarh Jatta, Jaisalmer, Barmer, Bhuj, Kuarbet and Lakhi Nala.

Regrettably, an armed drone targeted a civilian area in Ferozpur, resulting in severe injuries to members of a local family. The injured have been provided medical assistance and the area has been sanitised by security forces.

The Indian Armed Forces are maintaining a high state of alert, and all such aerial threats are being tracked and engaged using counter-drone systems. The situation is under close and constant watch, and prompt action is being taken wherever necessary.

Citizens, especially in border areas, are advised to remain indoors, limit unnecessary movement, and strictly follow safety instructions issued by local authorities. While there is no need for panic, heightened vigilance and precaution are essential.

Multiple coordinated attacks have been reported across Balochistan, allegedly by pro-independence Baloch armed groups.

Turbat: Grenade attack on Pakistani forces in D Baloch area; casualties unconfirmed.

Kech: Explosions and gunfire in Buleda; limited details due to communication issues.

Quetta: Three grenade attacks on army posts in Hazarganji and Faizabad.

Panjgur: Armed blockade on the CPEC highway in Washbod; vehicles stopped, IDs checked. Police vehicles and a station were seized and torched, several officials detained. A check post in Bonistan was also captured.

Hoshab: Militants reportedly took control; NADRA office and levies station set on fire, ten non-locals taken hostage.


Clashes also left members of a pro-government militia injured.
