CDS General Anil Chauhan at Raisina Dialogue 2025:
βThe global security environment is marked by two things- uncertainty and rapid change.
As far as India is concerned, the biggest challenge is to understand conventional wars along with hybrid wars, and then to train people for various kinds of conflicts and wars.

The speed of technological advancements, absorbing those technologies in our system, and training and retraining people for the same is another major challenge for India.β
