A senior official of the United States reportedly said that the country is not considering including South Korea in Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (QUAD) as of now. Notably, the QUAD is a strategic security dialogue between the United States, India, Australia, and Japan, which is maintained through bilateral talks.
In a shocking development from Afghanistan, at least three people have been injured in a blast that took place in the vicinity of Police District 10 in Kabul on Sunday, May 22. The explosion has been confirmed by the Taliban's Ministry of Internal Affairs spokesperson Abdul Nafe Takor, ANI cited CGTN report. Russia will deploy its newly-introduced RS-28 Sarmat Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) strategic combat systems into combat alert later this year, possibly by the fall season. This revelation was made by Russian space agency head Dmitry Rogozin in a recent interview with Russiaβs Rossiya-24 television channel, TASS reported. Rogozin has said that the βtest launches are scheduled to be held throughout the yearβ and that the missiles will be deployed on combat duty in fall 2022.
