Army chief presided over the rolling-out ceremony of overhauled T-90 Tank at 505 Army Base Workshop at New Delhi today. While commending the Unit for their dedication and skill in achieving this significant milestone, he emphasised the need for development of a self-reliant, technologically advanced Indian Army through Atmanirbharta.

The bullet-ridden body of the kidnapped soldier, Hilal Ahmad Bhat, was recovered from Anantnag's Pathribal forest area.
Two soldiers, belonging to the 161 unit of the Territorial Army, were kidnapped from the forest area in Anantnag during a joint anti-terror operation that was launched on October 8 by the Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police.
