Justice Sanjiv Khanna is 51st Chief Justice of India (CJI). He is the nephew of former Supreme Court Judge Hans Raj Khanna, known for his dissent during the Emergency of 1976.

- Appointed as an Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court in 2005.
- Elevated to the Supreme Court in January 2019.
