So here's another thing you can do if you're a premium user and get lots of DMs and also want to keep your privacy.

You can enable channel DMs and then in your profile's privacy settings you can change who can DM you to other premium users and contacts only.

That way you can just give your channel link and people can freely DM you without accessing your private account.

This is very tempting for me to do.

This bug won't let me join new groups and channels, even my own channel DM lol
