One issue that was raised was the way the filtering system works.

By design when you select multiple tags to filter the list of communities, only communities including all selected tags are displayed it won't show you communities that have less than the selected tags.

My thinking is that by doing it this way you get exactly the kind of channels you want not a giant list of overlapping ones.

Should we filter by the current way or the suggested way?
