Here me out:

Specially if you admire me, look up to me or consider me a role model. First take me off the pedestal and put me on the same ground as you. Dagmawi Babi isn't all that special. He's as flawed and often times so much more flawed than you so don't consider him the most Christian or the best coder.

Now that we're on the same ground, I need you to know that you can be so much better than me. My curiosity, creativity and more are just a scratch of what's to be and achieve. It would be so not right if your aim is to be like me and not any more.

God has been my strength and wisdom in everything you've admired from me. Now He isn't doing this so I could be better than every one and just keep on raising me up. NO, He's doing that to show you that even Christians in the tech world can be something admirable and can achieve good things.

And the reason He'd do that is cause there are some of you in here that He wants to show and motivate and push you to keep leaning on Him more and trust Him for the journey.

It's like what Paul said "I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life." (1 Tim 1:15-16)

Now Paul is calling the mercy shown to him an example, that implies that there are people who've behaved much worse that Paul that God is still going to forgive. And it's like that here. There are people in different journey that God will bless in their tech and content creation journey but he's using me as a small example. And this is for Christians and non-christians.

So know that you're called to be and do more, to achieve and reach more than my reach. To influence and have an effect so much more than me. To be wiser, smarter, more talented, more passionate, more experimental and more loving than me.

I recommend being with God, the architect of my journey, and see how life goes. And then to just look at me as an ordinary person that God chose for some reason to show His goodness.

Nothing is as powerful as an ordinary person who's with God. And that's what you should aim for.

Your eyes should raise up from me and look at the perfect Jesus. You should t desire to be me, but to have the precense of Christ with you.

On Feb 2, when I launched my new portfolio site, a lot of people used the AI chat feature so much that the project single handedly is finishing up my vercel quota.

Not only that but it's also the single project that has consistent use and it's not even just from Ethiopians, it's being pinged from a lot of other places.

I'm seriously considering removing that feature cause this's just insane stats. Y'all gotta use another chat app.
