Having a good and up-to-date channel is pretty easy to do.

This is where I get inspiration for my posts. I checkout top hackernews posts often there are pretty unique and interesting projects so I share those. Then there's Twitter that has nice content once in a while so those I share. Then notifications across socials on people you really like help get you the latest news almost before anyone so you're first in resharing news.

Then there is threads with nice and very unique high quality content alongside Pinterest and Instagram for visual only content.

That's mostly it. It is so easy it can be automated with a bot and you'd have a really up-to-date and interesting news channel.

Nowww the only difference in this hypothetical channel and my channel is that I add my own takes and comments under everything. I remark it, joke about it , compliment it or expand on it. Which's what I think builds a community and gives the channel influence and life.

I always say this

What is the point of having a personal channel if you can't influence?

If you can't be like "Hey, join my new project's channel" and people don't join, what is the point?

This's what most big channel suffer with. They have thousands of followers, but almost no influence.

It is better to have a small channel you have good influence on than a big one with no influence. That's where the real perks of owning a channel comes from.

So whenever you create and manage a channel make sure you're aiming for community building and positive influence.
