Rabbit's launch for their AI hardware was pretty smart. They're really good at their presentation and marketing.

Here are the simple techniques you should use to market your products as well
1. Show the problems
• The standard app-based OS leads to users clicking endless buttons.
• Previous attempts at AI hardware
• Errors Siri gives you
• LLMs right now can "understand" language, BUT they can't take any actions.

2. Show the Solution (your product)
• A Large Action Model
• A device without an app-based OS

3. Show why they beat the competitors
• He showed 3 slides full of expensive devices that Rabbit could help remove the need for.
• Then the Rabbit price reveal: $199!

This is my little box of electronics kit and toolset. There are still a bunch of components I haven't even unwrapped and it really gets me excited.

Tbh buying the kit and all these components a couple of years ago was such an amazing investment cause now some of these are so expensive and can't even find them often.

Hopefully 2025 is my year of hardware and electronics projects. Where I 3D print, design PCBs, make a full on complete and functional project as well. 🎉
