Isaiah 30:1-3

“What sorrow awaits my rebellious children,” says the Lord.

“You make plans that are contrary to mine. You make alliances not directed by my Spirit, thus piling up your sins.

For without consulting me, you have gone down to Egypt for help. You have put your trust in Pharaoh’s protection. You have tried to hide in his shade.

But by trusting Pharaoh, you will be humiliated, and by depending on him, you will be disgraced.

For though his power extends to Zoan and his officials have arrived in Hanes, all who trust in him will be ashamed. He will not help you. Instead, he will disgrace you.”

Notice how He says My Children, and not unbelievers or sinners.

Also notice how the price of a Christian rebelling isn't death or anything but it is Sorrow.

Sorrow isn't sadness, it's soul breaking grief.

Isaiah 30:15

This is what the Sovereign Lord, the Holy One of Israel, says: “Only in returning to me and resting in me will you be saved. In quietness and confidence is your strength."

ኢሳይያስ 30:20-22

"አስተማሪህ ከእንግዲህ አይሰወርብህም፤ ዐይኖችህም አስተማሪህን ያያሉ። ወደ ቀኝም ሆነ ወደ ግራ ዘወር ብትል ጆሮህ ከኋላህ፣ “መንገዱ ይህ ነው፤ በእርሱ ሂድ” የሚል ድምፅ ይሰማል።

ከዚያም በብር የተለበጡትን ጣዖቶችህንና በወርቅ የተለበዱ ምስሎችህን ታዋርዳለህ፤ “ከዚህ ወግዱ!” ብለህም እንደ መርገም ጨርቅ ትጥላቸዋለህ።"

ኢሳይያስ 30:18-19

"እግዚአብሔር ግን ምሕረት ሊያደርግላችሁ ይታገሣል፤ ርኅራኄም ሊያሳያችሁ ይነሣል። እግዚአብሔር የፍትሕ አምላክ ነውና፣ እርሱን በመተማመን የሚጠባበቁት የተባረኩ ናቸው።

በኢየሩሳሌም የምትኖሩ የጽዮን ሕዝብ ሆይ፤ ከእንግዲህ ወዲህ አታለቅሱም። ለርዳታ ወደ እርሱ ስትጮኹ እንዴት ምሕረት አያደርግላችሁ! ጩኸትህን እንደ ሰማም ፈጥኖ ይመልስልሃል።"

ኢሳይያስ 30:23-24

"በምድርም ለዘራኸው ዘር ዝናብን ይሰጥሃል፤ ከመሬትም የሚገኘው ፍሬ ምርጥና የተትረፈረፈ ይሆናል። በዚያን ቀን ከብቶችህ በትልቅ ሜዳ ላይ ይሰማራሉ። የዕርሻ በሬዎችና አህዮች በመንሽና በላይዳ የተለየውን ገፈራና ድርቆሽ ይበላሉ።"
