ក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ (ក.ប.ទ.) មានកិត្តិយសសូមជម្រាបជូនដល់ក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន សហគ្រាស ក្រុមហ៊ុនឯកជន និងសាធារណជនទាំងអស់ឱ្យបានជ្រាបថា អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាគមនាគមន៍និងព័ត៌មាន និងក្រុមការងារបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត ក.ប.ទ. នឹងរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាលើកទី២ ស្ដីពី “ការរៀបចំយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រជាតិស្ដីពីបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត” ក្រោមប្រធានបទ “កិច្ចពិភាក្សានៃសហគមន៍អ្នកបច្ចេកទេសបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត” ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយសេចក្តីព្រាង “យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រជាតិស្តីពីបញ្ញសិប្បនិម្មិត”, ប្រវត្តិស្រាវជ្រាវបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិតនៅកម្ពុជា, ពិភាក្សាអំពីឱកាស បញ្ហាប្រឈម និងដំណោះស្រាយដើម្បីគាំទ្រសហគមន៍អ្នកបច្ចេកទេសបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត និងប្រមូលធាតុចូលបន្ថែមពីសហគមន៍អ្នកបច្ចេកទេស ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ វេលាម៉ោង ៨:៣០នាទីព្រឹក ដល់ម៉ោង ១២:០០នាទីព្រឹក នៅសាលប្រជុំ Conference Hall ជាន់ទី៣ អាគារ Innovation Center នៃបណ្ឌិត្យសភាបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថលកម្ពុជា។
