អគារអន្តេវាសនដ្ឋានដំបូងត្រូវបានកសាងឡើងនៅឆ្នាំ២០១៥ ក្រោមជំនួយឧបត្ថម្ភរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន Smart Axiata។ អគារនេះអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យនិស្សិតមកពីតំបន់ដាច់ស្រយាល ជាពិសេស និស្សិតជានារីអាចមកបន្តការសិក្សានៅវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិ NIPTICTបាន។
In 2015, the first dormitory building at NIPTICT, supported by Smart Axiata was build. This enabled students from remote areas, particularly females, to pursue their studies.
