Semalam bagi Afi rasmi #Happy_Floss baru. Happy la dia dapat makan chicken floss + eggs pulak tu. Buat telur hancur campur #chicken_cheesy_floss perghh memang Afi makan terus berselera even tak sihat pun. Alhamdulillah harini dah sihat & aktif seperti biasa. Syukur.

Buttermilk Chicken 🐔

• Panaskan butter, gorengkan sekejap isi ayam.
• Tumis bawang putih & daun kari
• Masukkan CBB & Susu (Fresh milk/ FM)
• Masukkan semula ayam tadi. Kacau sebati

*Chicken Meatball*
Minced chicken (i used 250g)
~1 1/2 tbsp rice powder (i used organic Instant Japanese white rice powder from @groomy.malaysia )
Vegetables (I put in some onions, celery, and carrots)

Mix everything together, shape, and boil for a while.
Done!

It can be eaten with soups, noodles, or as a snack on its own.
My baby love it as a snack/ finger food.
Mommy don't have to worry about baby not eating rice.

I kept the water used for boiling the meatballs as chicken broth for soups or porridge.
