As far as I know, it's not possible to view a user's ID in the official #Telegram client so I've developed and published an #Xposed module that will allow you to view it directly in their profiles.

I just released "LarryOnX" an #Xposed module to restore the #Twitter logo (Larry T Bird) to the top of the #X timeline.
The module also takes care of restoring some strings such as "Twitter Blue", "Search Twitter" and "Twitter" in some screens.
