Here’s a sneak peek into the innovations ⤵️

1️⃣ Zoom Tasks with AI Companion: Launching late March, users will be able to surface, complete, and manage tasks across Zoom Workplace by automatically detecting action items in meeting summaries, chats, and emails, and completing tasks like scheduling follow-up meetings or generating documents from meetings.

2️⃣ Meeting agendas with AI Companion: Rolling out in May, this will help users stay organized by using templates or recent agendas to provide recommended content, while hosts will be able to add an agenda timer to sections to keep meetings on track and receive AI-generated live notes during the meeting.

3️⃣ AI Companion for Zoom Phone can now generate voicemail summaries and support the Zoom for Microsoft Teams app.

AI Companion for Zoom Workplace now includes incredible agentic skills, meaning it can understand, plan, and get things done with minimal input from you 🧑‍💻

1️⃣ Agentic AI can reason.

It can analyze situations, make smart decisions, and figure out the best way to achieve your goals ✅

For example, when it helps you prepare for a meeting, it uses reasoning to retrieve information from multiple sources and determine what the most important meeting topics are.

2️⃣ It also has memory.

It learns from your history of interactions, and knows what matters to you 🧠

For example, it might know that one of your contacts is your manager, so it surfaces everything related to him or her that helps you quickly deliver your best work.

3️⃣ Then there’s task action.
