ዓለም አቀፍ የሴቶች ቀን (ማርች 8) በ አፍሌክስ ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት ተከበረ
አዲስ አበባ - መጋቢት 1/2017 (አፍሌክስ) - በአለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ለ114ኛ በሃገራችን ደግሞ ለ49ኛ ጊዜ የሚከበረው አለም አቀፉ የሴቶች ቀን በ አፍሌክስ ዋና መ/ቤት መላውን ሰራተኛ ያሳተፍ ዝግጅት በማካሄድ ተከብሯል።
ዝግጅቱ የልምድ ልውውጥ፣ የጥያቄና መልስ ክፍለ ጊዜ እና በሴቶች መብትና ተጠቃሚነት፣ በጾታ እኩልነት እንዲሁም በሌሎች ተያያዥ ጉዳዮች ላይ የተካሄዱ ውይይቶችን ያካተተ ነበር።
የአካዳሚው የአመራር ልማት ዘርፍ ምክትል ርዕሰ አካዳሚ ወ/ሮ መሰረት ደስታ ሴቶች የሚያጋጥሟቸውን ፈተናዎችና ሊወሰዱ የሚገባቸውን እርምጃዎች የዳሰሰ ንግግር አድርገዋል።
በንንግራቸው መንግስት እንደ መንግስት፣ አፍሌክስ እንደ ተቋም የስርዓተ-ፆታ እኩልነትን ለማስፈን በተሰሩ ስራዎች ከፍተኛ መሻሻል ቢታይም ጉዳዩ ገና ብዙ የሚቀረው የሁሉንም ርብርብ የሚጠይቅ ተግባር መሆኑን አንስተዋል።
"የምናመጣው ለውጥ ዘላቂ እንዲሆን ከተፈለገ የሴቶችን ተሳትፎ በእጅጉ ማሳደግ ይኖርብናል" ሲሉ የተናገሩት ወ/ሮ መሰረት "የፆታ እኩልነት ሙሉ በሙሉ እውን እስኪሆን ድረስ ትግሉን አጠናክረን እንቀጥላለን፣ እናም እኛ ሴቶች በቤት ውስጥም ሆነ በሥራ ቦታ ሃላፊነቶቻችንን ሳንዘነጋ ከወንዶች ጋር በትብብር ሁሉንም ተግባራት በእኩልነት እንወጣለን " ሲሉ አክለዋል።
አፍሌክስ በአመራር መስክ የስርዓተ-ፆታ እኩልነትን ለማረጋገጥ ቁርጠኛ ሲሆን የሴቶችን የመሪነት ተሳትፎ ለማሳደግ የተለያዩ ውጥኖችን ተግባራዊ በማድረግ ላይ ይገኛል።

አፍሌክስ በአመራር መስክ የስርዓተ-ፆታ እኩልነትን ለማረጋገጥ ቁርጠኛ ሲሆን የሴቶችን የመሪነት ተሳትፎ ለማሳደግ የተለያዩ ውጥኖችን ተግባራዊ በማድረግ ላይ ይገኛል።
ከነዚህ ውጥኖች መካከል አንዱ የሆነው የሴቶች የአመራር ልማት ፕሮግራም ለአንድ አመት ያህል ያሰለጠናቸውን 50 ሴት መካከለኛ አመራሮች በቅርቡ ማስመረቁ ይታወሳል።

Strategic Meeting Enhances Collaboration Between AFLEX and Armenian Leadership Academy
Sululta - 11 March, 2025 (AFLEX) – A pivotal strategic meeting held between AFLEX and the Public Leadership Excellence Academy of Armenia, aimed at enhancing collaboration in the field of leadership development.
The meeting brought together key figures from both institutions, including AFLEX's Leadership Development, Vice Chief Mrs. Meseret Desta, other management representatives from AFLEX, and a delegation from Armenia led by Khachatur Ghazeyan, Rector at Armenian Academy and H.E Sahak Sargsyan, Armenian Ambassador to Ethiopia.
During the meeting, participants discussed AFLEX's recent reforms, scaling initiatives, and transformative approaches in leadership training. The Armenian delegates also had the opportunity to visit the AFLEX Leadership Development and Training Center located in Sululta, where the meeting was held.
