የሃገሪቱን ተቋማት የአመራር ብቃት ለማሳደግ በመስራት ላይ የሚገኘው አፍሌክስ ከባህል እና ስፖርት ሚኒስቴር ጋር በመተባበር ፤ለሚኒስቴር መስሪያ ቤቱ አመራሮች እና ባለሞያዎች 2ተኛ ዙር ስልጠና በአመራር ልማት ማዕከሉ መስጠት ጀምሯል።
ስልጠናው የአመራሩን ብቃት በማጠናከር ኪነ ጥበብ፣ ባህል፣ እና ስፖርት ለሃገር አንድነት እና ብልጽግና ያላቸውን ሚና አጠናክሮ ለማስቀጠል ያለመ እንደሆነ ተገልጿል።
በመክፈቻ ስነ ስርዐቱ ላይ ንግግር ያደረጉት የባህልና ስፖርት ሚኒስትሯ ክብርት ወ/ሮ ሸዊት ሻንካ “የዚህ ስልጠና ዋነኛ አላማ ባህልና ስፖርትን ለሃገረ መንግስት ግንባታ ለማዋል የሚያችለንን አቅም ማሳደግ ነው።” ብለዋል።
አያይዘውም ያደጉ ሃገራት ገጽታቸውን ለመገንባት ከተጠቀሙባቸው መሳሪያዎች መካከል ባህልና ስፖርት ዋነኞቹ መሆናቸውን ጠቅሰው፣ “ኢትዮጵያ ያሏትን ቱባ ባህሎችም ሆነ የስፖርቱን ዘርፍ ለሃገራዊ አንድነት እና ገጽታ ግንባታ ለማዋል ሃላፊነታችንን እየተወጣን ነው ወይ? ብለን ራሳችንን መጠየቅ ይኖርብናል።” ሲሉ ተናግረዋል።

በመክፈቻ ስነ ስርዐቱ ላይ ንግግር ያደረጉት የባህልና ስፖርት ሚኒስትሯ ክብርት ወ/ሮ ሸዊት ሻንካ “የዚህ ስልጠና ዋነኛ አላማ ባህልና ስፖርትን ለሃገረ መንግስት ግንባታ ለማዋል የሚያችለንን አቅም ማሳደግ ነው።” ብለዋል።

የአፍሌክስን የሪፎርም ስራዎች በተመለከተ ገለጻ ያደረጉት እሸቴ አበበ (ዶ/ር) ተቋሙ ከምን ተነስቶ ወደየት እየሄደ እንዳለ፣ እየከወናቸው የሚገኙትን ትልልቅ ስራዎች እንዲሁም ስለሱሉልታ ዳቮስ ፕሮጀክት አብራርተዋል።
ስልጠናው ለ4 ቀናት የሚቆይ ሲሆን ዛሬ በመጀመሪያው ቀን የኢቢሲ ምክትል ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ ረዳት ፕሮፌሰር ነብዩ ባዬ፣ ኪነ ጥበብ፣ ባህል እና ስፖርት ለሃገረ መንግስት ግንባታ በሚኖራቸው ሚና ዙሪያ ሰፊ ማብራሪያ አቅርበዋል።

SULULTA, February 19, 2025 (AFLEX):- In a landmark initiative to bolster youth empowerment across Africa, the African Leadership Excellence Academy (AFLEX), the Ethiopian Youth Council, and the Pan African Youth Union convened a pivotal discussion today.
The meeting aimed to strengthen collaboration on fostering leadership development among African youth and addressing the challenges that hinder their potential.
The event, held in Sululta, AFLEX Leadership Development Center, brought together key figures from these organizations, including Zadig Abreha, President of AFLEX; Wiisichong Bening Ahmed, Secretary General of the Pan African Youth Union; and Fuad Gena, President of the Ethiopian Youth Council.
Together, they explored strategies to enhance youth leadership capabilities and create a more unified approach to promoting youth development across the continent.
During the discussions, several key areas of collaboration were identified. These include the establishment of joint leadership development programs designed to equip young Africans with the skills and knowledge necessary for effective leadership.
Additionally, the organizations plan to engage in cooperative research and consultation efforts to better understand the unique challenges faced by African youth and develop tailored solutions.
