ጥር 24 እና 25 በአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ ከ6 የተለያዩ ተቋማት ለተወጣጡ አመራሮች ስነ-ምግባርና ስነ-ምግባራዊ አመራር ላይ ትኩረቱን ያደረገ የ2 ቀን ስልጠና ይሰጣል!!

በመሪዎቻችን ላይ የምናተኩረው በምክንያት ነው እንላለን!

ሱሉሉታ ጥር 24/2017 ዓ.ም (አፍሌክስ)- በየደረጃው የሚገኝ አመራር ብልሹ አሰራሮችን በመታገል የጸረ-ሙስና ትግሉን እንዲያግዝ የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ ምክትል ርዕሰ አካዳሚ ጥሪ አቀረቡ።
በአካዳሚው የአስተዳደር እና ቢዝነስ ልማት ምክትል ርዕሰ አካዳሚ ወንድዬ ለገሰ (ዶ/ር) ለጠቅላይ ሚኒሰቴር ጽ/ቤት ተጠሪ ከሆኑ አምስት ተቋማት ለተውጣጡ አመራሮች በተዘጋጀው የስነ ምግባር እና ጸረ-ሙስና ግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ ስልጠና ላይ ተገኝተው እንደተናገሩት፤ በየተቋማቱ የሚታየውን የብልሹ አሰራር ዝንባሌዎችና ተግባር ለመከላከል በየደረጃው የሚገኙ የስራ መሪዎች ድርሻ የላቀ መሆኑን ጠቁመው፤ የስነ ምግባር ችግር በሀገር ኢኮኖሚ ላይ ከፍተኛ አሉታዊ ተጽዕኖ ያሳድራል ብለዋል።
ብልሹ አሰራር እና ሙስና የሀገር ሀብት እንዲባክን፣ ፍትሀዊ ያልሆነ የገቢ ልዩነትን እንዲፈጠር፣ የውጭ ኢንቨስትመንት እንዲቀንስ፣ የሕግ የበላይነት እንዳይኖር፣ የማህበራዊ ኑሮ እንዲደበዝዝ፣ እና የሰራተኞች የስራ ተነሳሽነት እና ምርታማነት እንዲቀንስ ያደርጋል ያሉት ወንድዬ ለገሰ (ዶ/ር)፤ የጀመርነውን የልማት እና የብልጽግና ጉዞ ከጫፍ ለማድረስ በየደረጃው የሚገኝ አመራር የድርሻውን እንዲወጣ ጥሪ አቅርበዋል።
