አዲስ አበባ ጥር 21/2017 /አፍሌክስ/- የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ ለአመራሮችና ባለሙያዎች በሞጁል አዘገጃጀት፤ በስልጠና አሰጣጥ እና ማመቻቸት ላይ ያተኮረ ስልጠና ቦሌ በሚገኘው የአካዳሚው ዋና መስሪያ ቤት እየሰጠ ነው።

በስልጠናው ላይ በስልጠና ንድፍ ሂደት ላይ ምን ይካተታል? የስልጠና ተቋማት የስልጠና ይዘት አዘገጃጀት ላይ እንዴት ይሳተፋሉ? ውጤታማ የሥልጠና ፕሮግራም ለመፍጠር የሚያስፈልጉ ተግባራት ምንድን ናቸው? የሚሉ ሀሳቦች ተነስተዋል።

ጥር 24 እና 25 በአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ ከ6 የተለያዩ ተቋማት ለተወጣጡ አመራሮች ስነ-ምግባርና ስነ-ምግባራዊ አመራር ላይ ትኩረቱን ያደረገ የ2 ቀን ስልጠና ይሰጣል!!

በአካዳሚው የአስተዳደር እና ቢዝነስ ልማት ምክትል ርዕሰ አካዳሚ ወንድዬ ለገሰ (ዶ/ር) ለጠቅላይ ሚኒሰቴር ጽ/ቤት ተጠሪ ከሆኑ አምስት ተቋማት ለተውጣጡ አመራሮች በተዘጋጀው የስነ ምግባር እና ጸረ-ሙስና ግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ ስልጠና ላይ ተገኝተው እንደተናገሩት፤ በየተቋማቱ የሚታየውን የብልሹ አሰራር ዝንባሌዎችና ተግባር ለመከላከል በየደረጃው የሚገኙ የስራ መሪዎች ድርሻ የላቀ መሆኑን ጠቁመው፤ የስነ ምግባር ችግር በሀገር ኢኮኖሚ ላይ ከፍተኛ አሉታዊ ተጽዕኖ ያሳድራል ብለዋል።
