This three-day workshop , co-organized by PL4GE and the Global Center for Gender Equality (GCFGE), represented a crucial step towards establishing a long-term gender transformative leadership program in Ethiopia.
The workshop's opening address by #Wondye_Legesse (PhD), the #Vice_President_of_AFLEX, emphasized the importance of the training for both individual participants and the academy as a whole.
He stressed how the acquired skills would equip participants to become agents of change, creating a more equitable workplace environment.
The training was expertly facilitated by Jenn Donvile from the Global Center for Gender Equality and Meseret Legese, a Gender Consultant.
