አዲስ አበባ፤ ነሐሴ 8/2016(ኢዜአ)፦ በመዲናዋ የሚገነቡ ሜጋ ፕሮጀክቶች የነገዋን የአዲስ አበባ መልክ የሚቀይሩና ለኑሮ ምቹ የሚያደርጉ ናቸው ሲሉ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አሕመድ (ዶ/ር) ተናገሩ፡፡
ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አሕመድ (ዶ/ር) የአዲስ ቱሞሮ ልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞን ግንባታን አስጀምረዋል፡፡
በተለምዶ ጎተራ ተብሎ በሚጠራው አካባቢ የሚገነባውን ይህን ፕሮጀክት የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ከቻይና ኮሙኒኬሽን ኮንስትራክሽን ኮርፖሬሽን ጋር በመተባበር እንደሚያከናውኑት ተገልጿል፡፡
ግንባታውም የመኖሪያ ቤትን ጨምሮ ሞሎች የንግድ ማዕከላትና ሌሎች አገልግሎት መስጫ ተቋማትን ያካተተ ነው፡፡
ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አሕመድ (ዶ/ር) በዚሁ ጊዜ እንዳሉት፤ መንግስት አዲስ አበባን እንደ ስሟ አዲስ እና አበባ ለማድረግ በርካታ የልማት ስራዎችን እያከናወነ ነው፡፡
በዚህ ረገድ ሶስት አሰራሮችን እንደሚከተል ጠቅሰው፤ አንደኛው በመንግስትና በግል አጋርነት የሚለሙ ስራዎችን ለአብነት አንስተዋል፡፡
ዛሬ ግንባታው የተጀመረው የአዲስ ቱሞሮ ልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞን ፕሮጀክት ለዚህ ማሳያ መሆኑን አንስተዋል፡፡
ይህና ሌሎች መሰል ፕሮጀክቶችም የነገዋን የአዲስ አበባ መልክ የሚቀይሩና ለኑሮ ምቹ የሚያደርጉ ስለመሆናቸው አብራርተዋል፡፡

ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አሕመድ (ዶ/ር) የአዲስ ቱሞሮ ልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞን ግንባታን አስጀምረዋል፡፡
በተለምዶ ጎተራ ተብሎ በሚጠራው አካባቢ የሚገነባውን ይህን ፕሮጀክት የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ከቻይና ኮሙኒኬሽን ኮንስትራክሽን ኮርፖሬሽን ጋር በመተባበር እንደሚያከናውኑት ተገልጿል፡፡
ግንባታውም የመኖሪያ ቤትን ጨምሮ ሞሎች የንግድ ማዕከላትና ሌሎች አገልግሎት መስጫ ተቋማትን ያካተተ ነው፡፡
ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አሕመድ (ዶ/ር) በዚሁ ጊዜ እንዳሉት፤ መንግስት አዲስ አበባን እንደ ስሟ አዲስ እና አበባ ለማድረግ በርካታ የልማት ስራዎችን እያከናወነ ነው፡፡
በዚህ ረገድ ሶስት አሰራሮችን እንደሚከተል ጠቅሰው፤ አንደኛው በመንግስትና በግል አጋርነት የሚለሙ ስራዎችን ለአብነት አንስተዋል፡፡
ዛሬ ግንባታው የተጀመረው የአዲስ ቱሞሮ ልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞን ፕሮጀክት ለዚህ ማሳያ መሆኑን አንስተዋል፡፡
ይህና ሌሎች መሰል ፕሮጀክቶችም የነገዋን የአዲስ አበባ መልክ የሚቀይሩና ለኑሮ ምቹ የሚያደርጉ ስለመሆናቸው አብራርተዋል፡፡
ሌላኛው ስራ በመንግስት የሚከናወነው የኮሪደር ልማት መሆኑን የጠቀሱት ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ፤ የኮሪደር ልማት በሁሉም አካባቢዎች ፍትሃዊና ተመሳሳይ ልማት እንዲኖር ያስችላል ብለዋል፡፡
በተለያዩ አካባቢዎች የተገነቡ ሜጋ ፕሮጀክቶችን ለማስተሳሰር ሚናው የጎላ መሆኑንም ነው ያነሱት፡፡
በግሉ ዘርፍ የሚከናወነው ስራም ከተማዋን ለመቀየር የሚያግዝ ሶስተኛው አሰራር መሆኑን ጠቅሰው፤ መንግስት ለግሉ ዘርፍ ምቹ ሁኔታ እየፈጠረ መሆኑንም አጽኖት ሰጥተው ተናግረዋል፡፡
አዲስ አበባን ለመቀየር መንግስት እየተከተለው ያለው የፖለቲካ እሳቤ ስራ ብቻ መሆኑን አንስተው፤ ከስራ ውጭ ህልማችንን የምንፈታበት ምንም ነገር የለም ብለዋል።
የከተማዋ ነዋሪዎችም በመዲናዋ እየተከናወኑ ያሉ የልማት ስራዎችን ከመጠቀም ባለፈ በባለቤትነት እንዲንከባከቡና እንዲጠብቁ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ አስገንዝበዋል፡፡
በሌላ በኩል መንግስት በቅርቡ ተግባራዊ ያደረገው የማክሮ ኢኮኖሚ ማሻሻያ የግሉ ዘርፍ በልማት ስራዎች ላይ በስፋት እንዲሳተፍ በር የከፈተ መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል፡፡
ህገ ወጥ አሰራሮችን ወደ ህጋዊ መስመር ለማስገባት ማሻሻያው ከፍተኛ ሚና እያበረከተ መሆኑንም ተናግረዋል።
በተለያዩ አካባቢዎች የተገነቡ ሜጋ ፕሮጀክቶችን ለማስተሳሰር ሚናው የጎላ መሆኑንም ነው ያነሱት፡፡

The President stated that AFLEX plans to develop a comprehensive Leadership Development Strategy document during the discussion. “This document will serve as a blueprint for nurturing and advancing leadership within our organization,” he stated. “To bring this vision to fruition, we seek funding from UNDP, which we believe shares our commitment to fostering leadership excellence.”
