Addressing the participants at the conference, Vice President of ECSOC, Ahmed Hussein underscored that The core elements of the tripartite agreement-, leadership development, research and knowledge development, coordination, and CSOs Award scheme —are the pillars on which a stronger, more resilient civil society shall be built.

Deputy Director General of ACSO, Fassikaw Molla said: “With a clear alignment of the vision of building a strong and vibrant Ethiopian CSOs sector that has greater influence in Ethiopia, Africa, and beyond, and Aflex’s grand initiatives, we have to work hand in hand for its realization.”

Furthermore, Dr. Gezahegn Kebede, Chairperson of the Authority of Civil Society Organization Committee, presented on possible areas of collaboration during the meeting.
Questions and comments were raised, and Zadig Abreha provided answers and clarification.
In his concluding remarks, the Chief of AFLEX proposed the establishment of a steering committee comprising representatives from each organization.
He instructed them to prepare proposals within three weeks.
The signing ceremony witnessed the participation of 400 attendees, demonstrating the broad interest in and support for this collaboration.

የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ ከሲቪል ማኅበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ጋር በጋራ መስራት የሚያስችለውን ስምምነት ተፈራረመ

አዲስ አበባ፤ መጋቢት 3/2016(ኢዜአ)፦ የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ ከሲቪል ማኅበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ባለስልጣንና ከኢትዮጵያ ሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ምክር ቤት ጋር በጋራ መስራት የሚያስችለውን ስምምነት ተፈራረመ።

በስምምነቱ ላይ ከተለያዩ የሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ድርጅቶች የተውጣጡ ባለድርሻ አካላት ተገኝተዋል።

ዛሬ በተደረገው ስምምነት ላይ የሶስቱ ተቋማት የስራ ሃላፊዎችም ስለ ስምምነቱ አስፈላጊነት ብሎም በቀጣይ በጋራ ስለሚሰሯቸው ጉዳዮች ለተሳታፊዎች ገለጻ አድርገዋል።

የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ ርዕሰ አካዳሚ ዛዲግ አብርሃ፤ የኢትዮጵያን ሁለንተናዊ እድገት ለማሳለጥ ብቁ የሆነ አመራርን ማፍራት እንደሚያስፈልግ ተናግረዋል።

አካዳሚው በተለያዩ የስራ መስኮች ብቁ እና ጠንካራ አመራሮችን ለማፍራት ከተለያዩ አካላቶች እና ተቋማቶች ጋር እየሰራ መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል።

የስምምነቱ ዋና ዓላማ በሀገሪቱ የሚገኙ የሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ድርጅቶች አመራሮችን አቅም ማጎልበት ብሎም በዘርፉ አርአያ እንዲሆኑ ማብቃት መሆኑን አንስተዋል።

ርዕሰ-አካዳሚው ዛዲግ አክለውም የሀገሪቱን ሁለንተናዊ እድገት ብሎም የማህበረሰቡን ተጠቃሚነት ለማሳደግ ጠንካራ አመራር ማፍራት ላይ በጋራ የምንሰራቸውን ስራዎች አጠናክረን መሄድ ይጠበቅብናል ብለዋል።

በሀገሪቱ ጠንካራ እና ብቁ የሆነ አመራርን ማፍራት ስንችል የኢትዮጵያን ብልጽግና በፍጥነት ማረጋገጥ እንችላለን ነው ያሉት ።

የሲቪል ማኅበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ባለስልጣን ምክትል ዋና ዳይሬክተር አቶ ፋሲካው ሞላ በበኩላቸው መንግስት ባለፉት አምስት ዓመታት የሪፎርም ማሻሻያዎች ካደረገባቸው የስራ ዘርፎች አንዱ የሲቪል ማህበረሰብ እንደሆነ ጠቁመዋል።

በተደረገው የሪፎርም ማሻሻያም ለሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ምቹ የስራ ሁኔታ ፈጥሯል ብለዋል።

ይሁን እንጂ የሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ሀገሪቱን ተጠቃሚ የሚያደርጉ ዘርፈ ብዙ ስራዎችን ቢያከናውኑም ካላቸው አቅም አንጻር ያበረከቱት ሚና በቂ አለመሆኑን ተናግረዋል።

ለዚህም ድርጅቶቹ ያላቸውን አቅም በሚገባ ተጠቅመው አለመስራት ፣ ጠንካራና ቀጣይነት ያለው ተቋም አለመገንባት መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል።

በተጨማሪም ለተቋቋሙለት ዓላማ አበክሮ ያለመስራትና የፋይናንስ ችግራቸውን ለመፍታት የሚያስችላቸውን አቅም አለመፍጠር እንደሆነ አብራርተዋል።

እነዚህን ተግዳሮቶች ለመፍታት ብቁ የሆኑ አመራሮች በዘርፉ ማፍራት ተገቢ መሆኑን አንስተው ይህንንም ለማድረግ የሚያግዝ ፊርማ ዛሬ ተፈራርመናል ብለዋል።

የኢትዮጵያ ሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ምክር ቤት ምክትል ፕሬዚዳንት አህመድ ሁሴን በበኩላቸው በኢትዮጵያ ዘላቂ ልማት እንዲረጋገጥና የሀገርና የህዝብ ችግሮችን ለመፍታት ተቋማቶች በጋራ ተቀናጅተን መስራት የሚጠይቅበት ወቅት ነው ብለዋል።

በመሆኑም የስምምነት ፊርማው እንደ ሀገር ተጨባጭ እድገትን ለማምጣት የሚደረገውን እንቅስቃሴ እውን ለማድረግ ከፍተኛ ሚና ይኖረዋል ነው ያሉት።

የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ ከሲቪል ማኅበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ጋር በጋራ መስራት የሚያስችለውን ስምምነት መፈራረሙን በተመለከተ አዲስ ዋልታ ቴቪ መርሀ-ግብሩን እንዲህ ዘግቦታል፡-

AFLEX and MoWE Sign Collaboration Agreement: Uniting for a Water and Energy Revolution in Africa.
AFLEX (African Leadership Excellence Academy) and the Ministry of Water and Energy (MoWE) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia have signed a collaboration agreement.
The purpose of this Joint Understanding is to enable collaborative efforts between the parties in areas of shared interest and establish a framework for effective achievement of objectives.
The collaboration will focus on research analysis, joint leadership development and training programs, experience sharing, idea generation, and organizing joint events.
