የአፍሌክስ ርዕሰ አካዳሚ አቶ ዛዲግ አብርሃ ከአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ከንቲባ ክብርት አዳነች አቤቤ እና ከከተማዋ የካቢኔ አባላት ጋር ተወያዩ::
ርዕሰ አካዳሚው ለክብርት ከንቲባ አዳነች አቤቤ እና ለካቢኔ አባላቱ አፍሌክስ በሶስት ዓመት ውስጥ ስለሚተገብራቸው የአመራር ልማት ፕሮጀክቶች ገለፃ አድርገውላቸዋል::
አቶ ዛዲግ በውይይቱ ላይ አፍሌክስ በአካዳሚው ዘርፍ እና በነባራዊው ዓለም መካከል ያለውን ክፍትት ለመሙላት እየሰራ እንደሆነ ጠቅሰው፤ በኢትዮጵያ እና በአፍሪካ ውስጥ ተራርቀው እና ተነጣጥለው ያሉ ተቋማትን እና መሪዎችን እንደ ድልድይ ሆኖ ለማገናኘት ፕሮግራም መቅረጹንም ተናግረዋል።
ርዕሰ አካዳሚው አያይዘውም የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ በጠቅላላ (General) አራት እና በልዩ (Specialized )ሰላሳ ስምንት የአመራር ልማት ፕሮግራሞችን ቀርፆ ወደ ስራ እንደገባ የጠቀሱት አቶ ዛዲግ ለሁሉም ፕሮግራሞች ማስፈፀሚያ የሚሆን ከ2,500 በላይ ገፆች ያሉት ዝርዝር ስትራቴጂ እንደተዘጋጀም አብራርተዋል::

አዲስ አበባ ከተማ ላይ እምቅ የሰው ሀብት እና የአመራር አቅም መኖሩን የጠቀሱት ርዕሰ አካዳሚው፤ ይህን አቅም በጋራ ለመጠቀም የሚያስችል ፕሮግራም እንደተዘጋጀ እና ከአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ጋርም በትብብር በመስራት ሀብትን በተገቢው መንገድ ስራ ላይ ለማዋል አፍሌክስ ቅድመ ዝግጅቱን እንደጨረሰ ገልጸዋል።
የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ከንቲባ ክብርት አዳነች አቤቤ በበኩላቸው አፍሌክስ በሶስት ዓመታት ውስጥ ሊሰራ ያቀደው እና ርዕሰ አካዳሚው ያቀረቡበት መንገድ ሳቢ እና ማራኪ መሆኑን ጠቅሰው፤ አፍሌክስ የሰነቀው ራዕይ ከተቋሙ ባሻገር ለአዲስ አበባ ከተማም ትልቅ አቅም የሚፈጥር እንደሆነ እና በሀገር ደረጃም እንዲህ አይነት ሁሉን ዓቀፍ የአመራር አቅም መገንቢያ ማዕከል መኖሩ የሚፈጥረው አዎንታዊ ተጽዕኖ በቀላሉ የሚታይ አይደለም ብለዋል።
ክብርት ከንቲባዋ አያይዘውም ርዕሰ አካዳሚው ያቀረቡትን የአብረን እንስራ ጥያቄ መቀበላቸውን ገልጸው፤ አዲስ አበባ ከተማ እንደ አፍሪካ መዲና መቀመጫነቷ የራሷን አሻራ በአካዳሚው ውስጥ ማሳረፍ ትፈልጋለች ብለዋል። ለዚህም የሀሳብ ማመንጫ ማዕከል ለመገንባት የሚያስፈልጉ ዝርዝር መረጃዎች እንዲቀርቡ ጠይቀዋል።
በውይይቱ ላይ የተሳተፉ ሌሎች የካቢኔ አባላትም አስተያየት የሰጡ ሲሆን፤ አፍሌክስ ከተሰጠው ተልዕኮ አንጻር የቀረጸው የሶስት ዓመት ስትራቴጂ እና ሁሉን ዓቀፍ የሆኑ የአመራር ልማት ፕሮግራም ማዕቀፎቹ ወዳሰበው መዳረሻ ሊያደርሱት የሚችሉ እንደሆኑ ተናግረዋል።

Among the goals of the agreement is to encourage the cultivation of different ideas and to develop a culture of discussion and to create new leaders for change.
As Zadig Abraha, the Chief of the African Leadership Excellence Academy, said at this time, the academy has started working on 13 projects that will be implemented in three years.
Today's agreement has stated that it aims to strengthen leadership education in Africa and create capacities to create competent leadership.
They said the agreement is helpful for the leadership to make efforts with knowledge and cooperation to accomplish things that will promote together in Ethiopia and Africa.
The chief convener of the United Nations in Ethiopia and Humanitarian Affairs Coordinator Dr. Ramiz Alakbarov appreciated the vision of the academy.
He stated that he will continue to work on empowering leaders, training and building the skills required to create vision-oriented professionals.
They also pointed out that to achieve sustainable development goals, strengthening institutions will be carried out and this will create a great potential for the future.
The academy is playing a great role to spread Pan Africanism is foreign minister Leulseged Tadesse, Director General of International Organizations.
Africa is moving with its own agenda and said for the success, collective thinking and collective power is needed.
They have also indicated that the academy is working to create qualified leaders in the continent by raising common ideas.
They said the agreement will create a lot of potential for the work done by the academy and will help to achieve the African vision.
