The president of the Somali region, Mr. Mustafe Muxummed Cumar has closed a four-day training of the leadership of the party and the regional government held by the office of the Prosperity Party in the Somali region with the support of the African Leadership Training Institute (African Leadership Excellence Academy).

The president advised the leadership to come up with determination and hard work, to strengthen the jobs and service of the society— the party and the government will continue their role in developing the knowledge of leadership.

The president said that the plans of the government will focus on: strengthening security, completing the ongoing projects, quality of education, revenue, justice, rehabilitation of cities and resting places etc.

ክልሉ ያለውን እምቅ የተፈጥሮ ሀብት በአግባቡ በመጠቀም የህዝቦችን ህይወት መቀየር እንዲቻል አመራሮች በተለየ ትኩረት እንዲሰሩ የቤኒሻንጉል ጉሙዝ ክልል ርዕሰ መስተዳድር አቶ አሻድሊ ሀሰን አሳሰቡ።

ክልሉ ከአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ ጋር በመተባበር "በእውቀትና በክህሎት የተገነባ አመራር ለላቀ ውጤት " በሚል መሪ ቃል ለክልሉ ከፍተኛ እና መካከለኛ አመራሮች የአቅም ግንባታ ስልጠና መስጠት ጀምሯል ።

የቤኒሻንጉል ጉሙዝ ክልል ርዕሰ መስተዳድር አቶ አሻድሊ ሀሰን እንዳሉት ባለፉት ዓመታት በመላ ሀገሪቱ የአመራሮችን ክህሎት እና ጥበብ የሚያሻሽል ስልጠና እየተሰጠ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል ።

ስልጠናው እንደዬ ክልሎች ተጨባጭ ሁኔታ እየተሰጠ ነውም ብለዋል ።

የክልሉ ሁሉም አመራሮች በክልሉ የሚገኙ እምቅ የተፈጥሮ ሀብቶች ለምተው የህዝቦችን ህይወት መቀየር እንዲቻል መስራትን ቀዳሚ አጃንዳ ማድረግ እንደሚገባ አሳስበዋል ።

በተለይ ከቃል ያለፈ ስራ ለመስራት አመራሮች ስራዎቻቸውን በክህሎት እና በጥበብ መምራት ያስፈልጋልም ብለዋል ።

የቤኒሻንጉል ጉሙዝ ክልል ብልጽግና ፓርቲ ቅርንጫፍ ጽህፈት ቤቶ ኃላፊ አቶ ኢሳቅ አብዱልቃድር በበኩላቸው አመራሮች ዓለም አቀፋዊ ሁኔታዎችን በቅጡ መረዳት ይገባቸዋል ብለዋል ።

የተጀመሩ የልማት ፣ የመልካም አስተዳደርና የሰላም ስራዎችን አጠናክሮ በማስቀጠል ለህዝቡ የተገባውን ቃል መፈፀም ይገባልም ብለዋል ።
