👉አፍሌክስ ወዳጅ አልባ ተቋም አይደለም፡፡ አለም የማያውቀው ባልንጀራ የጎደለው የጋንም መብራት አይደለም፡፡

👉ከሲንጋፖሩ Lee Kuan Yew School Of Public Policy እስከ Chinese Academy of Governance እና Academy Of International Business Officials ከተሰኙት ታላላቅ ተቋማት ጋር የወዳጅነት ፊርማ አኑረን ለተግባራዊነቱ እየተረባረብን ነው፡፡

👉ከበርካታ የራሺያ አቻ ተቋማትም ጋር በተመሳሳይ አብሮ የመስራት ስምምነትን በማድረግ ላይ እንገኛለን።

👉አንቱታን ካተረፉ ከተባበሩት አረብ ኤመሬትስ እና ከሳውዲ አረቢያ አቻ ተቋማት ጋር ጽኑ የወዳጅነት እርሾ እና አብሮ የመስራት ልምምድ የመሰረት ድንጋይን ቀስ በቀስ በማኖር ላይ እንገኛለን፡፡

👉የኔዘርላንዱ Clingdal Institute እስከ የአሜሪካኖቹ Howard University እና Syracuse University ድረስ የተዘረጋ የአጋርነት መረብን ዘርግተናል።

👉ከAfrican Capacity Building Foundation፣ UN Africa ፣ IGAD ፣ ከጋና፣ ሞሮኮ፣ ቱኒዚያ ፣ ኬንያ እና ሴኔጋል አቻ ተቋማትም ጋር እንዲሁ ለጋራ ህልም እውንነት አብረን ደፋ ቀና በማለት ላይ እንገኛለን።

👉ከተባበሩት መንግስታት እስከ የደቡብ ደቡብ ትብብር ድረስ የተንሰራፋ የትብብር አድማስን በመገንባት ላይ እንገኛለን።

👉ከአራቱም የአለም ክፋይ አቻ ተቋማት ጋር አድማሰ ብዙና አካታች የሆነ ጠንካራ የወዳጅነት መንበርን እያስቀመጥን ነው ብለን ለመናገር በቅተናል።

👉እኛ የአፍሌክሰ ሰራተኞቸ በሰራነው ጥቂት ስራ ረክተን ፣ተኩራርተን እና በአጉል የመታበይ ስሜት ተወረን እግራችንን አጣጥፈን የምንቀመጥ ሞኛ ሞኞችና ተስፋው ጥቂቶች አለመሆንናችንን ነው።
