What is the Safe Person Committee?
The Safe Person Committee is a new committee dedicated to prevent, detect and react to sexual harassment in AEGEE. It aims to let AEGEE be a safe space for all its members and tackle sexual harassment in any form.

At Spring Agora 2020, we decided the topic for the EPM Tartu: “Circular Economy - from Grassroots Level to Policy Making”. We are issuing an OC for EPM Content Managers.
What does the EPM Content Manager do?
➖ Developing the topic regarding the content of the conference;
➖ Selecting speakers that can contribute to the discussion;
➖ Documenting outcomes of the sessions during EPM;
➖ Performing any other EPM-related tasks that may arise;

The grant type is going to be an international activity. We are looking for locals who would be interested in hosting the training event (Training for New Trainers) in their city.

The Gender Equality Interest Group creates a space for discussion and learning about issues regarding gender. We strive for equality within our network as well as outside of it, focusing on gender and taking into account other ways of discrimination from an intersectional perspective.
The Gender Equality Interest Group in past years has collaborated with the Summer University project, with AEGEE-locals and European Bodies, created Workshops and content to educate AEGEEans about gender-related issues.
What are your main tasks as a moderator?

➖Coordinating a core team: people that want to help out with creating new activities

The time is here to all work together on the future of the SU project, in the next 4 weeks we will have different consultations on the following topics:
➖6th of September - Organisation (Who organises a SU, how do we organise, what is needed to organise)
➖13th of September - Promotion (How is the promotion done, what is needed, what should be done)
➖20th of September - Content (How do we fill in content, what do we want as content)
➖27th of September - Vision (What is SU, what was in in the past, what will it look like in the future)

The Language Interest Group of AEGEE-Europe needs to prepare for the European Day of Languages (EDL).
This year, we will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the EDL and we want to make it special.
However, we need your help to prepare an amazing celebration for this flagship project and promote multilingualism, language learning and language diversity all over Europe.

The Culture IG is looking for a Moderator and other people who would like to help out as core team members!
CIG is an interest group that is trying to bring arts and culture into AEGEE-Europe in an approachable way.
MODERATOR TASKS:
➖ Moderating the IG Facebook group, making sure it is active, together with the other moderator;
➖ Moderating the IG's public channels: the Facebook page and Instagram account, together with the other moderator;
➖ Coordinating a core team: people that want to help out with creating new activities;
➖Implementing new ideas and initiatives in the group, coming either from yourself or other AEGEE members.
CORE TEAM MEMBER TASKS:
➖ Participating regularly in meetings;
➖ Promotion of activities/initiatives;
➖ Contribute new ideas;
➖ Helping with the implementation of new ideas/activities;
➖ Occasionally hosting activities.
