Joins us for Wild North 2022 with our new theme of Mythical Beasts and the stories that surround them
Hello Flufftails,
As Wild North comes to a close for the year, we wish to thank all of you for watching, chatting, and participating over another brilliant weekend.
The final amount raised for our charity, Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter, will be revealed soon.
Videos of all the events that took place over the weekend, including all parts of this year's Choose Your Own Adventure, the quiz, music, and ghost stories, are being prepared and will be available to watch on Youtube.
All entries for the writing contest will also be available to read on the Wild North website soon.
So be sure to keep an eye out for future announcements when all these will be revealed.

Once again thank you all for your amazing support for the convention and for our charity this year, you have blown us away with the support you have given us.
We do have our final total for the charity to share with you but first there is another announcement I wished to share with you all.
I am officially stepping down as a member of the Wild North Staff. This isn't due to any problems, or issues, but a personal choice. I am involved in a good few projects within the fandom and after a lot of thought, I decided to focus my energy there.
I will still attend Wild North, I will continue to support them as best I can, but as an attendee from this point forward. If you have questions, please feel free to DM me :)
Aside from uploading the convention videos to Youtube, I have one last official act for this convention, and that is to announce our charity total for this year.
It is with great pleasure to say, with some extra donations on top, that our total this year for Newcastle Dog and Cat Shelter is:
£600!!!
That is mind blowing, and our biggest total we have ever raised. Thank you all so much for this, an amazing high note for me to end on!
It has been a pleasure to help make this convention what it is and I look forward to seeing you all in the near future. Keep up the fantastic love and support.

We're glad to see so many of you eager to join us in Featherstone Castle! As a few of you asked about it, we also have an announcement to make regarding our upcoming conbook.
Starting today, we will be accepting artwork submissions. If you have an idea of how to depict me or one of the many mythical beasts in folklore that you think would be perfect in the pages of the book, then get to drawing and send it to wildnorthuk@gmail.com when it's ready.
Submissions will remain open until 30th June.
Looking forward to seeing what you creative bunch come up with.

* The shortest edge of the image should be no smaller than 900 pixels to make sure it's a high enough resolution to print.
* CMYK files for preference.
