[WEMIX PLAY]
1) WEMIX Pay
WEMIX Pay introduces a new payment method for purchasing various game content with WEMIX, aiming to solidify WEMIX as a robust utility token. Planned for release in the second half of this year, WEMIX Pay’s integration into major WEMIX PLAY games will drive increased utility and demand for WEMIX. PLAY Tokens and Prime Points earned through WEMIX Pay will be crucial in fueling the WEMIX PLAY platform.

2) PLAY Token
A key component of WEMIX Pay is the PLAY Token, a cryptocurrency obtained through WEMIX transactions, uniquely tied to actual game revenue. Unlike tokens issued in large quantities without practical use, PLAY Tokens will only be minted when there is actual game revenue generated by WEMIX Pay. These PLAY Tokens are then burned and not recirculated, preventing inflation. While primarily obtained through WEMIX Pay transactions, PLAY Tokens can also be exchanged for REFLECT Tokens at a fixed rate or earned as a pre-registration and activity reward in the new WEMIX PLAY gaming community.

3) Prime Points
Prime Points function as a mileage system within the WEMIX ecosystem, earned alongside PLAY Tokens through WEMIX Pay. Accumulating Prime Points elevates your Prime Points level, unlocking special benefits at each tier such as VIP passes, NFTs, airdrops, and early game access. Details on earning Prime Points through ecosystem participation will be released soon.

4) WEMIX Buy-Back
Designed as a virtuous cycle system, WEMIX Buy-Back allocates a minimum of 4~5% of WEMIX Pay revenue towards reducing supply and increasing user benefits.

5) Gaming Community Reborn
The WEMIX PLAY platform will be reborn as a community-centric hub for blockchain games, where gamers and content creators interact, share game strategies, enjoy memes, preview game art, and watch developer AMAs. The newly revamped WEMIX PLAY will launch in beta in the second half of the year.

6) Upcoming WEMIX PLAY Games
• Legend of Ymir

[Wepublic]
Wepublic leverages the accumulated blockchain technology of WEMIX to foster transparency in society. Utilizing blockchain enables transparent decision-making and fund flows. The SBT (Soulbound Token) based certification voting system provided by the Wepublic platform ensures transparency by recording all decision-making processes on the blockchain. This innovative voting system has been successfully implemented in universities and religious institutions and will be accessible as an open platform by 2025. The blockchain-based Wepublic points system allows organizations to transparently raise and use funds without the need for external audits, and transparently share the flow of funds with DAO members. Evolving WEMIX PLAY : Transformation from REFLECT to PLAY Token

Significant modifications to the REFLECT service within WEMIX PLAY are scheduled.

The REFLECT token has traditionally derived its value from fusing various tokens within the WEMIX PLAY ecosystem. While this approach initially succeeded in maintaining alignment with game token values, the increasing number of Alliance members has reduced the impact of individual tokens and resulted in an overdependence on the value of certain tokens.

As a result, the existing REFLECT service will be discontinued, and a new service featuring the PLAY Token (“PLAY Token”), a token exclusively designed for WEMIX PLAY, will be launched.

Arrangements will be made to facilitate the SWAP of existing REFLECT tokens for the new PLAY Tokens.

[WEMIX Pay Buy-Back]
• What’s the purpose behind WEMIX Pay?
> The price of an item is determined by various factors, with distribution costs being a significant part. WEMIX Pay benefits users and onboarding companies by reducing distribution costs (i.e., platform fees) and through these savings, offering additional benefits in the form of Prime Points and PLAY Tokens. Onboarding companies can achieve increased sales at lower fee rates, while users can independently utilize Prime Points and PLAY Tokens for benefits such as guaranteed high-grade items.

• How does using WEMIX Pay impact the ecosystem?
> WEMIX Pay positively impacts the ecosystem by enabling the direct use of WEMIX.
1) Expanded Utility : WEMIX’s utility, previously used as a base currency only, will be expanded through WEMIX Pay.
2) Enhanced Holding Effect : The enhanced utility will encourage users to buy and hold more WEMIX, thus encouraging more active trading and increasing demand of WEMIX among gamers.
3) Tokenomics Improvement : The buy-back will contribute to deflationary tokenomics.

• How will the WEMIX Pay buy-back be funded?
> At least 4-5% of revenue generated through WEMIX Pay will be allocated for the buy-back. This includes all payment methods enabled by WEMIX Pay, including fiat and WEMIX. To conduct the buy-back effectively, we are reviewing various legal considerations and methods with multiple entities.

• What is the implementation schedule for WEMIX Pay?
> WEMIX Pay will initially be implemented in "NIGHT CROWS" Global and "MIR4" Global, within the year.
Additionally, as announced during WEMIX DAY, WEMIX Pay will be integrated into the upcoming game lineups (Legend of Ymir, Project M, Meta Toy DragonZ SAGA, Crystals of Naramunz) and is currently under discussion with various other game companies.

• What is the schedule, method, and expected quantity of the WEMIX Pay buy-back?
> The buy-back will be conducted transparently, with at least 4-5% of the WEMIX Pay revenue. All buy-back results, including detailed explanations on how and when, will be publicly disclosed to the community at a later date.

WEMIX.Fi Service Revision

WEMIX.Fi, the official decentralized finance (DeFi) platform supporting digital asset trading and management for the community, will be rebranded as WEMIX Stake in August.

Certain services will be discontinued or transferred to OnchainLabs Co., Ltd. as part of this renewal. The foundation will concentrate on delivering core services, to offer highly specialized solutions. This change aims to enhance service intuitiveness and improve user accessibility.

[Renewed Service]

• Staking > WONDER Staking : Rebranded as WEMIX Stake
> WONDER Staking, rebranded as WEMIX Stake, will be the foundation's official staking program. A portfolio service, where users can monitor their asset status, will also be provided in conjunction with this change.

• Pool > Full Range Deposit
> The Full Range Deposit Pool will continue to operate, with the WEMIX-WEMIX$ pool being transferred to WEMIX PLAY. This service will only allow liquidity withdrawals.

• WEMIX$
> The issuance of additional WEMIX$ collateralized by oUSDC and mUSDC will be discontinued. A new Master Liquidity Pool (MLP) will be established to ensure stable service provision.

[Transferred Service]

The following services are scheduled to be managed and operated by OnchainLabs Co., Ltd. starting August 23, 2024.

Nonetheless, members can continue utilizing these transferred services in the same manner as before. The service usage agreement with the foundation will be transferred to OnchainLabs Co., Ltd. (dev@onchainlabs.io), contingent upon acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

[Terminated Service]

The following services will be terminated with the upcoming renewal. Users are advised to withdraw their assets before the termination.

• dApps
> The consolidated dApp information page will be discontinued. However, each dApp service will continue to operate under the management of its respective service provider.
