Our activity is really high now. We reach new agreements almost every day. Last week was particularly intense. But the key thing is to ensure that each agreement reached turns into concrete supplies for our defense, concrete interaction between states and concrete signed documents as soon as possible.

We are making this intensity of diplomatic work the new minimum standard for Ukraine.

We have reached an important mutual understanding with the UK on long-range weapons and the need to speed up the delivery of tanks. We have a good agreement on artillery and ammunition. We have a full understanding of each other's positions on modern fighter jets.

Our talks in Paris with President Macron and Chancellor Scholz were also significant. The three of us spoke very frankly, and this allowed us to find a common understanding of the prospects in this war. We have a common vision of the path to victory.

The visit to Brussels was unprecedented for the history of our relations with the European Union. For the first time, there was such attention to Ukraine, for the first time, there was a meeting with all European leaders at once, and a series of conversations with European leaders that were as dynamic, meaningful, and free of excessive politicization as possible.

I would also like to emphasize the negotiations with Poland. We discussed tanks and other weapons for defense on the ground; aircraft and other means of defense in the sky. As always, we have full understanding with our Polish brothers.

Let's remember: every new result achieved for Ukraine means a shorter time to victory.

And it is very important that we enjoy clear support from European institutions and European leaders for our goal of preparing for and starting negotiations on Ukraine's membership in the EU this year already.

Now, more than ever, it feels like Ukraine's European goals are becoming a reality. Finally, there are more real achievements than political declarations. For decades, Ukraine and the EU have been moving towards this.

At a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada, Mélanie Joly we talked about the priority needs of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Further cooperation in the field of security and defense was discussed in detail. Canada's support of the Ukrainian army is invaluable in these turbulent times for us.

Сьогодні – день чергового «Рамштайну», зустрічі групи військової підтримки України. 54 держави-партнера. Уже дев’ята така зустріч. Маємо чергові сильні рішення для захисту нашої держави, для зміцнення наших воїнів.

Підтверджено партнерами більше ППО, більше танків, більше артилерії та снарядів, більше навчання наших військових.
І, як сьогодні звучало, – Ukraine must be successful. І тут ми погоджуємось: успіх повинен бути.

Не все про «Рамштайн» можна повідомляти публічно. Значну частину домовленостей і дискусій варто залишити за зачиненими дверима.
Але можу сказати впевнено: базові тенденції залишаються незмінними.

Україна і партнери разом роблять усе, щоб держава-терорист програла. І щоб це сталося швидше.
Ми бачимо зараз, що Кремль намагається вичавити з Росії весь можливий потенціал агресії. Вони – поспішають. Бо знають, що світ – все одно сильніший, але потребує часу, щоб згуртувати свою силу.

Тому швидкість – це дуже важливо. Швидкість у всьому. В ухваленні рішень. У реалізації рішень. У постачанні. У навчанні. Швидкість рятує життя людей, швидкість повертає безпеку.

І я дякую всім нашим партнерам, хто усвідомлює, що швидкість – важлива.

Today is the day of another Ramstein, a meeting of the group of military support for Ukraine. 54 partner countries. This is the ninth such meeting. We have got regular strong decisions on protecting our country and strengthening our warriors.

Our partners have confirmed more air defense systems, more tanks, more artillery and shells, and more training for our military.

And as we heard today, Ukraine must be successful. And here we agree: there must be success.

Not everything about Ramstein can be reported in public. Much of the agreements and discussions should be kept behind closed doors.

But I can say for sure that the basic trends remain unchanged.

Ukraine and its partners are doing everything together to make the terrorist state lose. And to make it happen as soon as possible.

We can see now that the Kremlin is trying to squeeze all possible aggression potential out of Russia. They are in a hurry. Because they know that the world is still stronger, but it takes time to accumulate its strength.

Therefore, speed is very important. Speed in everything. In decision-making. In the implementation of decisions. In delivery. In training. Speed saves lives, speed brings back safety.

And I thank all our partners who realize that speed is important.

I thank all of our American friends for their leadership and systematic coordination of the Ramstein meetings.

I had a phone call with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. I thanked him for Azerbaijan's consistent support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and for the humanitarian aid provided. We discussed our cooperation on international platforms.

Ми маємо зробити весну такою, щоб дійсно відчувалося, що Україна рухається до перемоги. Це стосується підготовки наших Сил оборони, постачання зброї для нашої держави і нашої стратегічної ініціативи у війні.

Будь-які намагання Росії перехопити ініціативу маємо зламати. І впевнений, що ми це зробимо.
Ворог зараз вже втрачає стільки своїх людей і сил, що по всій Росії скоро буде складно знайти, наприклад, «морпєха».
І наше завдання – зробити так, щоб все менше знаходилось там і бажання утримувати в окупації українські території.
Звільнення нашої землі – це мета, над реалізацією якої працюємо щодня.

І я дякую нашим воїнам. Кожному і кожній, хто своєю стійкістю і хоробрістю на передовій дозволяє нам підготувати наші наступні оборонні кроки.

Кожен день вашої оборони зараз – дозволяє нам підготувати майбутнє звільнення наших міст і громад.
Не можна залишати жодного шансу окупації й окупантам. І ми не залишимо.

Я дякую всім, хто допомагає нашій державі! Слава кожному і кожній, хто в бою!

We have to ensure that this spring it is truly felt that Ukraine is moving towards victory. This applies to the training of our defense forces, the supply of weapons for our country and our strategic initiative in the war.

Any attempts by Russia to retake the initiative must be thwarted. And I am confident that we will do so.
The enemy is already losing so many of its people, so many of its forces, that it will soon be difficult to find, for example, a "marine" throughout Russia.
And our task is to make sure that there is less and less desire there to keep Ukrainian territories under occupation.
The liberation of our land is the goal we are working on every day.

I want to thank our warriors. To each and every one of them, who with their resilience and bravery on the frontline enable us to prepare our next defense steps.

The 54th separate mechanized brigade named after Hetman Ivan Mazepa, the 10th separate assault brigade "Edelweiss" - thank you guys for the effective defense of the Donetsk region!
The 25th separate airborne Sicheslav brigade, the 81st separate airmobile brigade and the 95th air assault brigade - thank you guys for defending the Luhansk region!
Every day of your defense now allows us to prepare the future liberation of our cities and communities.
We cannot leave a single chance to all the occupiers. And we will not.
