The Security Service of Ukraine is changing fundamentally and dynamically, becoming a powerful and modern service.

Міністром внутрішніх справ України призначено Ігоря Клименка. Він знає, як і що треба робити, щоб Нацполіція, Нацгвардія, ДСНС, Державна прикордонна служба, Міграційна служба та весь колектив МВС продовжили ефективно працювати й виборювати для нашої держави перемогу.

Серед головних завдань Ігоря Володимировича – довіра й повага. Щоб наші діти довіряли українським поліцейським і самі хотіли ставати поліцейськими, нацгвардійцями, рятувальниками, прикордонниками. Ihor Klymenko has been appointed Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. He knows how and what needs to be done now to ensure that the National Police, National Guard, State Emergency Service, State Border Guard Service, Migration Service and the entire staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continue to work effectively and fight for our country's victory.

The main tasks of Ihor Volodymyrovych are trust and respect. So that Ukrainian children trust Ukrainian police officers and want to become police officers, national guards, rescuers, and border guards themselves. So that our citizens respect the Ministry of Internal Affairs. And so that the Offensive Guard, which is currently being formed, becomes a strong element of our Defense and Security Forces.

I had the first phone call in the history of bilateral relations with President of the Philippines Ferdinand Marcos Jr. I thanked him for supporting Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity. We discussed further deepening of cooperation, in particular on international platforms.

I had a phone call with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre. I thanked for the new defense package that will strengthen us on land, in the sky and at sea. I am also grateful for the substantial 5-year aid package that is being prepared for approval in Norway. We discussed our further cooperation. Victorious together!

I had my first phone call with the President-elect of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, and congratulated him on winning the election. I thanked Cyprus for the continued support of Ukraine and for humanitarian aid within the UN. We appreciate the support for Ukraine on our path to the EU. We will further enhance our cooperation!

Наша дипломатична активність зараз – дуже висока. Майже щодня є нові домовленості. Минулий тиждень був особливо потужним. Але головне – щоб кожна досягнута домовленість якнайшвидше переростала у конкретне постачання для нашої оборони, у конкретну взаємодію між державами, у конкретні підписані документи.

І робимо саме таку інтенсивність дипломатичної роботи – новою мінімальною нормою для України.

Ми досягли важливого розуміння з Британією щодо далекобійної зброї та необхідності пришвидшити постачання танків. Маємо хорошу домовленість щодо артилерії та боєприпасів. Маємо повне розуміння позицій одне одного в питанні сучасної бойової авіації.

Сильною зустріччю були й наші переговори в Парижі з Президентом Макроном і канцлером Шольцом. Ми говорили втрьох, дуже відверто, і це дозволило знайти спільне розуміння щодо перспектив у цій війні. Ми маємо спільне бачення шляху до перемоги.

Візит до Брюсселя став таким, якого ще не було в історії наших відносин з Євросоюзом. Вперше – така увага до України, вперше – зустріч одразу з усіма лідерами Європи і плюс ще серія розмов з європейськими лідерами – максимально динамічних, змістовних і позбавлених зайвої політизації. З кожним лідером ми проговорили суто ті речі, які важливі для наших відносин і для європейської спільноти загалом.

Особливо відзначу ще переговори з Польщею. Ми обговорювали танки та іншу зброю для захисту на землі; літаки та інші засоби для захисту у небі. Як і завжди, маємо повне взаєморозуміння з польськими братами.

Пам’ятаймо: кожен новий здобутий для України результат – це скорочення часу до перемоги.

І дуже важливо: маємо чітку підтримку з боку європейських інституцій та європейських лідерів нашої мети підготуватися і вже цього року розпочати переговори щодо членства України в ЄС.

Зараз більше, ніж будь-коли, відчувається, що європейські цілі України стають реальністю. Коли нарешті реальних досягнень відчутно більше, ніж політичних декларацій. Десятиліттями Україна і Євросоюз ішли до цього.

Our activity is really high now. We reach new agreements almost every day. Last week was particularly intense. But the key thing is to ensure that each agreement reached turns into concrete supplies for our defense, concrete interaction between states and concrete signed documents as soon as possible.

We are making this intensity of diplomatic work the new minimum standard for Ukraine.

We have reached an important mutual understanding with the UK on long-range weapons and the need to speed up the delivery of tanks. We have a good agreement on artillery and ammunition. We have a full understanding of each other's positions on modern fighter jets.

Our talks in Paris with President Macron and Chancellor Scholz were also significant. The three of us spoke very frankly, and this allowed us to find a common understanding of the prospects in this war. We have a common vision of the path to victory.

The visit to Brussels was unprecedented for the history of our relations with the European Union. For the first time, there was such attention to Ukraine, for the first time, there was a meeting with all European leaders at once, and a series of conversations with European leaders that were as dynamic, meaningful, and free of excessive politicization as possible.

I would also like to emphasize the negotiations with Poland. We discussed tanks and other weapons for defense on the ground; aircraft and other means of defense in the sky. As always, we have full understanding with our Polish brothers.

Let's remember: every new result achieved for Ukraine means a shorter time to victory.

And it is very important that we enjoy clear support from European institutions and European leaders for our goal of preparing for and starting negotiations on Ukraine's membership in the EU this year already.

Now, more than ever, it feels like Ukraine's European goals are becoming a reality. Finally, there are more real achievements than political declarations. For decades, Ukraine and the EU have been moving towards this.

At a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada, Mélanie Joly we talked about the priority needs of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Further cooperation in the field of security and defense was discussed in detail. Canada's support of the Ukrainian army is invaluable in these turbulent times for us.

I am grateful to the Government of Canada and all the Canadian people for their warm attitude towards our people and powerful assistance to Ukraine!

Сьогодні – день чергового «Рамштайну», зустрічі групи військової підтримки України. 54 держави-партнера. Уже дев’ята така зустріч. Маємо чергові сильні рішення для захисту нашої держави, для зміцнення наших воїнів.

Підтверджено партнерами більше ППО, більше танків, більше артилерії та снарядів, більше навчання наших військових.
І, як сьогодні звучало, – Ukraine must be successful. І тут ми погоджуємось: успіх повинен бути.

Не все про «Рамштайн» можна повідомляти публічно. Значну частину домовленостей і дискусій варто залишити за зачиненими дверима.
Але можу сказати впевнено: базові тенденції залишаються незмінними.

Україна і партнери разом роблять усе, щоб держава-терорист програла. І щоб це сталося швидше.
Ми бачимо зараз, що Кремль намагається вичавити з Росії весь можливий потенціал агресії. Вони – поспішають. Бо знають, що світ – все одно сильніший, але потребує часу, щоб згуртувати свою силу.

Тому швидкість – це дуже важливо. Швидкість у всьому. В ухваленні рішень. У реалізації рішень. У постачанні. У навчанні. Швидкість рятує життя людей, швидкість повертає безпеку.

І я дякую всім нашим партнерам, хто усвідомлює, що швидкість – важлива.
Дякую всім нашим американським друзям за лідерство і системну координацію «Рамштайнів».

Today is the day of another Ramstein, a meeting of the group of military support for Ukraine. 54 partner countries. This is the ninth such meeting. We have got regular strong decisions on protecting our country and strengthening our warriors.

Our partners have confirmed more air defense systems, more tanks, more artillery and shells, and more training for our military.

And as we heard today, Ukraine must be successful. And here we agree: there must be success.

Not everything about Ramstein can be reported in public. Much of the agreements and discussions should be kept behind closed doors.

But I can say for sure that the basic trends remain unchanged.

Ukraine and its partners are doing everything together to make the terrorist state lose. And to make it happen as soon as possible.

We can see now that the Kremlin is trying to squeeze all possible aggression potential out of Russia. They are in a hurry. Because they know that the world is still stronger, but it takes time to accumulate its strength.

Therefore, speed is very important. Speed in everything. In decision-making. In the implementation of decisions. In delivery. In training. Speed saves lives, speed brings back safety.

And I thank all our partners who realize that speed is important.

I thank all of our American friends for their leadership and systematic coordination of the Ramstein meetings.
