God knows every thought in our mind; express freely and get help to overcome obstacles.

Whatever is disturbing our mind we should share freely to get the help we need. Sometimes we may not want to share openly what is on our mind due to fear, preserving image, or some other ego-related thought. But God already knows everything which is in our mind so not sharing openly becomes detrimental to spiritual growth whereas sharing openly opens us up to get the help we need to move closer to God.
