EID MUBARAK!

The new moon of Shawwal has been sighted in Saudi Arabia, therefore Eid al-Fitr will be celebrated tomorrow, Friday 21st April.

Eid salah will take place in Hampton Vale Community Centre at 9:00am.

Arrive early and bring the whole family.

Some Etiquettes Pertaining To The Eid Prayer

1. Have a shower before coming out to the Eid Salah

2. Eat Something before the Eid Salah.
(The Prophet ﷺ would eat an odd number of dates)

3. Proclaim the Takbeerat until the Imam comes out to lead the prayer

4. Greet one another

5. Adorn yourself with nice clothes and fragrances (men only!)

6. Take a different route to & from the Eid Salah

Alhamdulillah todays Eid prayer was such a special occasion that brought a sense of joy, unity, and gratitude.

The prayer was led by Ustadh Abu Sumayyah and afterwards he delivered a powerful reminder.
