This weekend, activists from the West Midlands partook in a training session, hike and barbecue in Staffordshire.

We will continue to roll out more fitness sessions to ensure strong bonds are forged. We shall carry on pushing ourselves and each other so that we become stronger and healthier, which allows us to embody our ideals as well as inspiring others.

This weekend, a select group of determined mountaineers braved the wind and rain to scale one of the jewels of the Snowdonia National Park.
Not satisfied with well trodden paths, our activists took the route less travelled and climbed the Idwal Staircase followed by the highlight of the day, an absolute classic, the Cneifion Arete.
With fog whirling around us we continued our ascent up the Gribin Ridge and on to the summit of Glyder Fawr.

One last treat awaited us as we made our descent down the steep scree and past the menacing chasm of Devil's Kitchen; a refreshing dip in the cool waters of Llyn Idwal!

I'm immensely proud of those who joined me on this venture: high spirits and confidence were felt all round and despite the perilous drops, hard scrambling and exposed conditions none shirked from the climb ahead, we all revelled in the joy of it!
If you feel the same fire in your heart to walk in the clouds then the first step is getting in touch with your local PA Regional Organiser.

Bonus photos: The early bird gets the worm and the early climber gets to do the Clogwyn y Person Arete!
Unlike the orange on Jaffa cakes, we really do go right to the edge!

Patriotic Alternative activists were out in Glasgow today raising awareness in preparation for Indigenous People's Day.

Kenny Smith was clearly inspired by Steven Smith with his sandwich board walk around Glasgow city centre.

Read how the original sandwich board made a positive impact in Burnley in Steven's book: http://www.claymorebooks.co.uk/product/how-it-was-done/

This weekend, PA Fitness Club East Midlands were embracing the struggle on one of our regular sessions.

Keeping our people fit & healthy is important to us, and developing new skills like climbing is always a good thing.
