Leg curls 2x10 45kg
Leg curls 1x10 50kg
Leg extension 2x10 45kg
Leg extension 1x10 50kg
Ab crunch 3x8 25kg
Leg press 1x10 100kg
Leg press 1x10 110kg
Leg press 1x10 120kg

I think the Squats look a lot better now I've lowered the weight.

PA London activists were joined by PA Eastern activists and SE at Welling, Crayford, and Bexley libraries today as we protested the "drag queen story hour". We had a lot of support from passers by. One in particular was shocked at the council's priorities, expressing disgust at how mainstream churches have not stepped up to oppose the agenda.
