This weekend activists from the West Midlands partook in a particularly drenched circuit training session and weighted hike during a thunderstorm in Staffordshire.

Despite the stinging nettles, annoying flies and weather, a lot of great fun was had this afternoon. We must push ourselves out of comfort zones more often to temper our bodies into more useful tools for the nationalist cause, so that we may further inspire more people to our side.

Chopped salad and homemade salt & pepper chicken. I added olive oil to the salad to keep the fats up and a high fat yoghurt and mint dressing

Chicken and kale salad….I added peaches so I’m not sure if it’s strict keto.
Chicken breast, kale, peaches, burrata, pine nuts, shallots and pomegranate.
The dressing is lemon juice, mustard, crushed garlic, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper 😍

At the weekend a group of PA activists from across the East Midlands travelled to Kinder Scout to tackle the highest peak in the region.

Kinder Scout lies at the northernmost tip of Derbyshire and is host a number of unique landmarks including a Bronze Age barrow at Kinder Low and the Peak District's tallest waterfall, Kinder Downfall.

Pictured is the River Kinder, a small 3 mile long river which feeds into Kinder Resovoir, which is also pictured.

This tough hike took us through a varied landscape up to the very peak of the East Midlands and the magnificent views were well worth the effort.
