Starting from 1 June 2024, EZ-Link adult cards which have not been upgraded to #SimplyGo and NETS FlashPay cards cannot be used 🙅‍♂️to pay for public transport fares.

EZ-Link adult cardholders are encouraged to upgrade their cards to SimplyGo at ticketing machines at public transport nodes 🚄🚌.

🤔 Looking to upgrade your existing EZ-Link card to #SimplyGo?

It can be done at ticketing machines located at MRT stations and bus interchanges.

After you place your card on the ticketing machine, select ‘Upgrade to SimplyGo’ and leave your card on the reader until the upgrade is complete.
Hey everyone! 👋 Just a quick note to reassure seniors that there's no need to upgrade to SimplyGo if you are holding a senior citizen or Passion Silver concession card.

The transition to SimplyGo does not affect concession card users. You can continue using your concession card for public transport.

The same applies to other concession card users such as those on Workfare Transport Concession card, or People with Disabilities Concession Card.

Today, we mark another milestone for the Johor Bahru – Singapore Rapid Transit System (#RTS) Link: the completion of the connecting span of the marine viaduct between Singapore and Malaysia!  🏗️🎉

Check out our video 🎥 to learn more.
Today, we mark another milestone for the Johor Bahru – Singapore Rapid Transit System (#RTS) Link: the completion of the connecting span of the marine viaduct between Singapore and Malaysia!  🏗️🎉

Located in the middle of the Straits of Johor, the connecting span is a 17.1m long reinforced concrete structure that connects the RTS Link marine viaduct between Malaysia and Singapore. 🤝 In other words, it’s the point on the RTS Link where the viaduct from both countries meet!

That’s not all! All 12 pile caps which form the foundation for the piers supporting the RTS link viaduct on Singapore’s side have also been completed. Construction of the piers as well as the viaduct segments, are ongoing.  The viaduct will connect to our RTS Link Woodlands North Station through underground tunnels. 🚇 More updates on that coming soon!

As of today, about two-thirds of the overall civil infrastructure works has been completed. This means we’re right on track to reach our target completion by end 2026! 📅👏🏼
