The Ethiopian Securities Exchange (ESX), in collaboration with the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA), is hosting a capacity-building webinar aimed at issuers and market participants. Under the theme “Navigating Securities Registration and Listing,” the webinar is designed to enhance understanding of the capital market landscape, regulatory requirements, and practical pathways to listing on the Ethiopian Securities Exchange. Topics include an overview of the capital market ecosystem and ESX’s products, securities registration procedures and obligations, the dematerialization process of publicly offered securities, and practical guidance on listing requirements and the IPO journey.

The event will conclude with a one-hour interactive Q&A session, fostering dialogue and engagement between presenters and participants.
