MA/MSc in Statistics, Biostatistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Health Informatics, MPH in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or related fields with relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of large-scale health and health service delivery and systems strengthening programs
Competence:-
- In-depth knowledge of monitoring and evaluation of Infection Prevention and Control programs
- Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent data analysis skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, SPSS, Stata, R, and/or SAS)
- Proficiency in use of data visualization tools (e.g., Datawrapper, R, MS Power BI, or Tableau)
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with various types of partners, including Ethiopia FMoH

MA or Bachelor Degree in Economics, Statistics or other Social Sciences fields with experience (after graduation) in monitoring and evaluation in USAID funded OVC/HIV AIDs projects is an asset
Competence:-
- Excellent basic computer skills and demonstrated experience in using software, particularly DHIS2
- Significant experience in data and information management, analysis and excellent conceptual, presentation and communication skills with experience working with non-government organizations in Ethiopia
- Knowledge of M&E and data quality management related to health programs, preferably on HIV and AIDS programs is required
- Well-established data analysis and report writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive professional attitude
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
- Team work and team building skills
