MA Degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Government, Public or Project Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy, or other related fields with relevant work experience in social development planning and management in youth and adolescent development related areas is required
Competence:-
- English and French are the working languages of the ARO. For this post fluency in English and French (both oral and written) is required. Knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage
- Willing to work outside standard office hours as required.
- Good writing skills to interact and engage culturally and gender diverse groups from technical and non-technical audiences
- Willing to travel internationally
N.B: French language is mandatory
