PhD, MSc or BSc degree in Highway Engineering or Civil Engineering field of study with relevant experience in Design of Highway or Road Infrastructure
Competence:-
- Strong technical, analytical and design skills
- Good knowledge of computer application and work related engineering software's(such as Eagle Point, AutoCAD, ETAB, SAP & etc..)
- Effective time management
- Strong communication skill in English & local language
- Who is able to speak, read and write Afan Oromo is preferable
