Procurement & Vendor Relations Specialist

Bachelorβs Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or in a related field of study with relevant work expereince in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or vendor management.
Duties & Responsibilites:
- Coordinate supply chain operations from procurement to delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams (Bid, Management, Marketing).
- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, acting as the primary contact.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new vendors, focusing on competitive pricing and quality.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance.
- Manage procurement projects and optimize the supply chain.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with supply chain/ERP software is a plus.
- Understanding of Ethiopian regulations and international trade.
