- Evidences of similar work in the recent past will be a key requirement
- Local Language skills of data collectors, and respect of gender considerations
- The incumbent should have an overall understanding of the National Health sector policies and reforms
- Should have demonstrated experience in monitoring and evaluation of health projects/programs at regional or national levels
- The suitable candidate firm/group should possess at least one member with postgraduate training in public health, social sciences or related disciplines
- Robust experience in conducting health and nutrition surveys is a must. Experience in quantitative research using quantitative analytical tools such as SPSS/Stata, etc. is a must
- Gender knowledge and experience in applying gender sensitive research tools is desirable
- Minimum 75% of the evaluation team composition is expected to be part of the collection process
