Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in supervisory or team management roles.
Duties & Responsibilites:
- Must be willing to travel to 10-12 gas stations multiple times to make sure the data submitted by employees is accurate.
- Supervise and coordinate gas station reporters.
- Monitor start and finish times and ensure accurate reporting.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Train reporters and evaluate performance.
- Act as the main contact between reporters and management.
- Generate reports and suggest process improvements.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with mobile applications and real-time reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in both Amharic and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively.

በቀን ከ1 ሺህ በላይ መኪኖች በአንድ ነዳጅ ማደያ ይሰለፋሉ። 100 ሰው ካስጫኑ በቀን 700 ብር ያገኛሉ።
ዋና ኃላፊነቶች፡
- በነዳጅ ማደያ ወረፋ የሚጠብቁ አሽከርካሪዎችን ቀርበዉ ከEGSM መተግበሪያ ጋር ያስተዋውቃሉ።
- ተጠቃሚዎች መተግበሪያውን በስማርት ስልኮቻቸው ላይ እንዲጭኑ እና የሙከራ ጊዜ ኢንዲጀምሩ ያግዛሉ።
- እያንዳንዱ ጭነት መጠናቀቁን እና ተጠቃሚዎች ስልክ ቁጥራቸውን እንዳስገቡ ያረጋግጣሉ። ለኮሚሽን የተጠቃሚውን ስልክ ቁጥር ይልኩልናል።
- ፍላጎት ከሌላቸውም ወይም ተጠቃሚዎች ሊሆኑ ከሚችሉ ጋር በሚገናኙበት ጊዜ በአክብሮትና በትህትና ይናገሩ።
- ያስጫኑትን ቁጥር ብዛት በየቀኑ ለተቆጣጣሪው ያሳውቃሉ።

- ሰዎችን በትህትና እና ሙያዊ በሆነ መንገድ የመቅረብ ችሎታ
